I love all animals, really. Both the same species, of course, just different subspecies.

hi we are doing the best we can to stop them.. the whales are slaughtered and remain alive for many hours cause of their size….we have ships going after them and more will leave melbourne in the next week.. the japanese are coming into our waters and killing our whales where they should feel safe and protected, but instead they will be hunted and cruelly killed leaving their young behind which they call out for their mothers for weeks…its really heart breaking to see it for your self… the waters turn blood red as the killing spree takes over… i will post a live webcam on the ship Esperanza as it makes its way to protect these whales… then you can go into the crew log and do what you can to help…..note when you get a black screen on the web cam it just means its night time in that time zone and the cam can not pick up images in the dark…..new images upload every 30 seconds and its live….please do what ever you can to help these beautiful and peaceful loving animals

Effect of Extinction? What effect, if any, does the extinction of polar bears have on humans? I know other species, such as honey bees becoming extinct, has a very large impact, but what about losing a species due to global warming (even if you believe it’s nonexistent)? What are the immediate or long-term effects to humans, direct or indirect? I’m welcome to theories but if you don’t have a clue and are making up bologna, please refrain from posting an answer. Thank you!

Yes! My son turned 3 today and I have a 12 week old girl he is crazy about. When she fusses he will run to her and do a dead on impression of me “Its OK, Leah Bug. I know its hard to be a baby, I know its hard…” He also loves playing 3-2-1 blast off, where we pull the swing back and push it as high as it can go- in his swing we have on our tree-I turned my back one day, and he had decided to do 3-2-1 blast off with his sister in the swing, thank goodness she was belted in!! Its actually pretty embarassing hearing a 3 yr old impersonate you and know he’s nailed it.

Are Polar Bears scared of big shiny pipes? Does anyone know exactly how it is that, building a natural gas pipeline will cause the extinction of the polar bears. Wouldn’t switching cars to run on natural gas and propane reduce the green house gases that cause global warming? So if putting the bears on the endangered species list prevents the pipeline from being built and natural gas wells from being drilled, then isn’t it the endangered species list itself that is speeding up their demise?

LOL. Yes. My son got a kitchen from santa, it has a phone on it. He was walking around talking and I asked him who it was. He said “It’s Comcast mom”. Then he kept yelling “agent please!!!” into it. I always have to scream that at the robot lady who tries to ‘help’ you in the beginning. Wow, John is pleasant, yeah?
