Here at Customer Street we are striving to make all our local business directories the most efficient in regard to getting the most accurate listings possible. We are presently looking into ways to make our categories more accurate for the end user making it quicker for our users to find what they are searching for.

MoreUK

We are starting to see a huge improvement in MoreUK on the search engines and are getting very good listings. We are now getting lots of extra traffic that is benefiting the groups figures.

Customer Street is flying on the search engines. We have had been doing some tweaks on UfindUs. and the results have been dramatic. We are now getting an extra 15000 viewers last month compared to the month before. We are currently working on MoreUK.com and will be able to give you an update shortly as we are rolling out lots of new changes. We are continually striving to make our directory services compete as hard as they possibly can on the search engines. We are up 18.4% on Google and over 700% on Yahoo.

Having concluded a report over the last two days on our 3 main local business directories, we have started to get a huge increase in traffic from Yahoo over the last 4 weeks. The increase is now up on the previous month by 375.40% which is great news for all our clients who have now more coverage on the search engines. Looking at Google its also up by 24.15%, which as we all know they get over 77% of all search traffic which in turn means that we had an extra 236,470 page views in the last month.

Two months at Customerstreet

It has been nearly two months I have been with Customerstreet; what a two months it has been. There is so much to do and not the time to do it. We have been looking into our trade specific directories and what we can do to improve them. Google Analytics has been a great help looking at the keywords most people have been typing in and looking at the existing text and making amendments to make the directories work harder for us so we receive more searches per trade specific directory.
