Customer Street = Better Rankings

Working with Customer Street clients helping them get a better presence on the search engines gives me a buzz.

We recently worked on helping: homersdrivingschool.co.uk get more traffic to the site via our directories and small changes to the site itself. The client chose 40 keywords that they wanted to be found on and we ran a report to see how many were in Google, Yahoo and MSN.

Following the report we realised that there was a lot of work to be done. The only listings that were in the search engines were all in yahoo (22 of them). We added links on areas of our directories that the client worked in and within 10 days the client has now got 181 listings, 159 up and the original 22 have moved up by a maximum of 28 places on the SERP’s (search engine results pages).

Using Customer Streets services can really increase your coverage on the search engines. Homer Driving school has now got 40 new positions for all required keywords in Google in the top 20 the site did not have. I sent a report today and the client replied saying “We have already seen an increase in traffic, keep up the good work!”. Customer Street loves happy customers.

I have just looked and in the big three (Google, Yahoo and MSN) you have 162 top 10 listings. 229 in the top 20. 54 in Google, of which were not there before we assisted you with your website. I would advise that you continue to add content to your site even its just small articles each week. New content really works well if it relates to your business. Many Businesses can only dream of getting results like this.
