As you may not have noticed Google is in the process of updating the toolbar Google PageRank. Im a little supprised at the timing as the last one was only in November. Saying that, it really was to lower the Google PageRank on sites that were selling links.

Statcounter went down considerably but has now regained its PageRank of 9 as they have put a no follow on all the paid links. I would not take much into the visual ranking as here at Customerstreet we have not noticed any extra traffic when the ranking of our pages has increased.
Although the Google PR update has started - we can expect to see more changes and some possible waves of adjustments over the next little while. I’m sure it will take a few days to roll out and if I hear anything exiting ill update this article. I hope you all do OK with the re-rank and not like StatCounter did in November.
